I do most of the heavily lifting for you ....taking you through the process. You and your team just need to provide the information regarding your business, and make the decisions where required.
How does it work?
In the Method Sprint we will look at the following
We will Identify you current position, how many projects and systems you have running in your business and who is currently running each project.
We will establish each project or system deliverable, and look is they are required moving forward.
We will look at your desired position for you business.
We will devise a plan to take you from your current position to where you want to be.
We identify your current resources & skills available to you
We identify what resources and skills are needed but missing.
We will design a plan to take you from your current position to where you want to be.
We identify the tools you will need to manage the transformation.
At the end of the Method Sprint you will have the clear plan to move you and your business forward.
What happens next?
Once you have completed the Method Sprint one of two things will happen:
1. You love the plan and decide to implement it on your own.
